心靈信鴿 Pigeon of Heart
🕊️心靈信鴿，讓訴說更容易，不再受空間、時間的限制。🕊️
本隊藉由「心靈信鴿」手機應用程式幫助陷在焦慮、憂鬱中的青年，以信件書寫的方式提供一個安心訴說的管道，讓訴說不再受空間、時間的限制，心中煩惱、憂慮的事能夠獲得宣洩的出口，並提供相關紓壓知識與求助資源，讓大眾能對憂鬱症有更深一層的了解。
Our team developed the "Pigeon of heart" mobile application to help the youth who suffer from anxiety and depression.
It provides a method to pour out one's heart via letter writing.
By this approach, distance and time are no longer the limitations for a heart-to-heart conversation.
Moreover, all the worries and anxieties can find their way of relief.
Our application also provides knowledge about how to reduce stress and mental health help resources. Enlighten the public on a deeper understanding about depression.
